Retention of Company Information

E-Mails

Leyburn Solutions Ltd. sends no marketing emails, the only emails that we send will relate directly to the service we are providing for you or in direct response to queries received. E-mails relating to work carried out for you will be kept, in line with our accounting records, for six years.

Processing and Retention of Data

The only personally idetifiable data stored by this website is the email address you supply when registering for this service. During the import of files, transactional information is stored in temporary database tables but, once the import of those transactions in to Xero is complete, the data is deleted.
